Abby Ghafoor OBE

Abby Ghafoor OBE is Founder and CEO of Arc Management Consulting Ltd, an international marketing and management consultancy with offices in London and Paris. With more than 25 years' experience spanning corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and consultancy, she works with organisations across the UK and internationally to align business strategy with marketing delivery and organisational objectives. Abby serves as a Board Member of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chair of the LCCI Women in Business Committee, Chair of Women on Boards CIC, and Board Member of St John York University London. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting, Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Institute of Marketing. An experienced awards judge, Abby has served on judging panels including the Brummell Inspiring Leaders Awards, Barclays Asian Founders Awards, Barclays Eagle Labs programmes and the London Chamber of Commerce SME London Business Awards. In 2026, she was awarded an OBE for services to Business and Diversity & Inclusion and holds the Freedom of the City of London.
