The following week, I was inundated with messages from women of colour across the industry – many of whom I’d never met – all saying versions of the same thing: that they’d been seriously considering leaving the industry because it felt toxic, unfair, and impossible to navigate, but seeing someone like them win gave them hope that maybe the industry is changing for the better.

This award recognises women who have set themselves apart from their peers, have shown early success in advertising and will maximise their full potential to be the next generation of women leaders in the industry. Open to professionals who are at the age of 30 or under as of 1 December 2025 or with less than 5 years experience in their chosen sector.
