Carly became Leo Burnett's CEO in July, after 20 years in the industry. As well as running the agency, Carly also leads on Leo's DE&I initiatives, new business, and acts as a senior partner to many of clients. Carly is a passionate mentor – dedicating her time to empower and support young women and people from underprivileged backgrounds.
