Charlotte Hamill is COO for Croud EMEA and Born Social. Joining Croud as a founding partner of Born Social following acquisition, she is now in an expanded role overseeing both Media and Creative, scaling operational and cultural integration. Charlotte is also a champion of sustainability, leading Born Social into their fourth year of B Corp certification and growing strong industry partnership with AdNetZero, DIAL Global and Brixton Finishing School.
