Global Chief Creative Officer , INGO
Dan has been the Global CCO of INGO, the boutique creative micro network owned by Ogilvy, since September 2024.
Prior to that he was Global ECD of Ogilvy, where had responsibility for the creative output of Ogilvy’s global Unilever business, which includes iconic brands such as Ponds, Hellmann’s and of course, Dove, the network’s most celebrated and longest standing client (67 years and counting). Under his stewardship, the brand won a host of accolades, including 3 Grands Prix at Cannes, the Collaboration Black Pencil at D&AD and the Penta Pencil at One Show. His work was also nominated for an Emmy and helped steer Unilever to be awarded the prestigious Marketer of the year award at Cannes in 2024.
Prior to Ogilvy, Dan worked at many of London’s leading agencies including The Partnership, Leo Burnett and adamandeveDDB, where he was Deputy ECD and where his work won 6 Cannes Lions Grands Prix and helped steer them to become Agency Of The Year at Cannes.
Dan has also spent time client side at Google and in a noble attempt to change the course of history, side-hustled for a while as the Creative and Strategic Adviser to the political organisation, The People’s Vote.
Throughout his career, he has produced iconic advertising for some of the world's best-known brands, such as John Lewis, Virgin Atlantic, Netflix, Harvey Nichols, McDonald’s, The Sunday Times and of course, Dove.
