Eimear has 20+ years experience working with agencies and client brands globally.  An experienced business growth and marketing executive, Eimear starting her career client side in her home town of Dublin before moving to London and to agency side, working with branding consultancy Landor and partnering with clients from Scandinavia to India, the US to Dubai, in industries as diverse as hotels, telecoms, airlines and engineering.  Now at communications agency BCW, Eimear believes that a growth-mindset culture, married with creative excellence and underpinned by data driven insights is the key to business success.
