Ella McWilliam

Ella is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Full Fat, one of the UK's leading culture communications agencies and PRWeek's Boutique Agency of the Year 2025. The agency partners with clients including 1664 Bière, Crosta & Mollica, Poretti, Starbucks and Thermomix. Passionate about people, culture and community, Ella led the agency to BCorp certification in 2024 and founded the industry network FOLD in 2025. Her passion, commitment and expertise earned her a place in PRWeek's People Stars list in 2026, and she was named a 'One to Watch' in The Times LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders in 2025. Ella is also Co-Founder of Her Table, a community and supper club series where food and connection meet, hosting regular events and Q&As for a growing community of more than 2,000 women.
