Ellie has been with Mail Metro Media for nearly six years, starting in Partnership Sales and now as Client Director, and in addition she heads up Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. In Ellie's time at MMM she has led the charge in creating award-winning content and reshaping the boundaries of creative excellence. As Head of ED&I, where she is a champion for the underrepresented, Ellie leads by integrating ED&I principles into the fabric of our business and driving a cultural shift that promotes a progressive workplace and a more authentic representation of diverse communities in our ads.
