Emma Perkins

Head of LEGO Agency EMEA , The LEGO Group

Having spent over 20 years in the Advertising Industry, in 2017 Emma Joined the LEGO Group and now leads the EMEA Hub of the internal advertising agency. The LEGO Agency works across the LEGO ecosystem and communication channels from design identity and product packaging to TV, Social and Events -communication that helps engage millions of children in physical and digital play. Emma studied Design at Falmouth School of Art and has spent 25 years working in Agencies. A board level leader, she has held several positions as ECD. Emma is a member of WACL, has served on many juries including Cannes Lions and D&AD and is a regular speaker at events. A born and bred Londoner, Emma is passionate about diversity and inclusion and over the years has worked on a number of initiatives in this space. Emma has played an instrumental role in supporting the LEGO Groups D&I ambitions to shape the future of play, providing direction for how the brand should strive for diversity in thought and inclusivity across experiences.
