Emma studied Design at Falmouth School of Art and has spent 25 years working in Advertising, holding several positions as ECD. In 2017 she Joined the LEGO Group and now heads up the London Hub of the integrated in-house Agency, creating communication that engages millions of children in physical and digital play. A born and bred Londoner, Emma is passionate about diversity and inclusion and over the years has worked on a number of initiatives in this space, including setting up the London arm of the womens mentoring programme 'Who's Your Momma'. Emma has played an instrumental role in supporting the LEGO Groups D&I ambitions to shape the future of play, providing direction for how the brand should strive for diversity in thought and inclusivity across experiences.
