Adrienn Major is a phenomenon; a female entrepreneur who has been shaking up the post production industry and pioneering a new way of working since launching her own company, POD LDN, in 2020.

Having worked in virtually every element of the production process, Adrienn believed the industry was ripe for a shake-up and started POD LDN as a side hustle. Shortly afterwards she left her role at AMV BBDO to focus on her new venture full-time. She built POD on the idea that a new production house model was needed to fill a gap in the market in the changing production landscape, address changing content trends and provide clients with a high-quality, transparent, fast service. POD offers a hybrid, on-demand model, that allows clients to scale up or down easily by tapping into a network of freelancers at a flat day rate. Five years from launch POD LDN is a thriving business that experienced 43.6% growth in the year to 2024 and delivers 500+ projects a year across 12 countries. Clients have included PepsiCo, Global, Wayfair, McArthur Glen, Hublot, Beko and the Premier League. Adrienn now leads a core project team of 15, as well as a network of 1500+ freelancers. One of the few female voices in a male-dominated post -production industry, she’s unafraid to speak her mind on divisive issues like outsourcing and in-housing. Adrienn is always an advocate for change, pioneering in fields like AI production techniques and virtual production to meet changing client needs.
