As OLIVER's UK Group CEO, Amina represents a new era of agency leadership, combining commercial excellence with meaningful industry transformation. As one of the few Black women leading a major UK agency (and possibly the first from a HR background), she has redefined success, delivering exceptional business results while championing inclusion, sustainability, and innovation. OLIVER is the only company exclusively building bespoke in-house agencies, giving clients greater control while bringing creative talent closer to the business, and bolstering teams with leading GenAI technology including Pencil and OLIVER Slipstream Briefing. The result: stronger work, delivered faster. Under her leadership this year, OLIVER has achieved remarkable growth, securing 13 new clients. Her "Power of 2" leadership model – pairing complementary talents in key roles – has fostered one of marketing's most diverse executive teams, with the UK SLT comprising 51% women and 16% ethnic diversity. Amina's dual role as Global Chief Inclusion Officer has driven extraordinary DE&I achievements, including an 8% ethnicity pay gap favouring non-white employees and 26% of leadership positions held by ethnically diverse staff. OLIVER achieved its five-year DE&I targets a year ahead of schedule. Her vision has positioned OLIVER at the forefront of industry evolution, pioneering responsible AI practices and sustainable advertising – it was AdGreen's #1 Superuser, with over 600 employees trained in sustainability. Amina extends her influence through Trustee and Governor roles with Action Aid UK and the Haberdashers' Academies Trust. She demonstrates that commercial success and social progress are essential companions in modern business leadership.
