We are extremely proud to nominate Amy Nicklin, Senior Brand Manager at P&G, for Campaign’s Rising to the Top – Marketing award this year. Since joining the company, Amy has delivered phenomenal business impact – leading multi-functional teams in the pursuit of solving industry-wide challenges.Key projects have included pioneering our approach to data-informed AV (TV and streaming) reach curve planning, cross-media measurement, and leading a data science project to enable internal innovation to strengthen our UK-wide TV advertising. Throughout it all, she shows remarkable agility and strategic thinking in constantly balancing the short-term pressures, whilst anticipating and solving for the long-term risks. In addition to delivering on the business, Amy continues to lead industry-wide change – spearheading our efforts to reach the millions of UK consumers with visual impairment, who are currently underserved by inaccessible advertising. She has led internal and external cross-functional teams, identifying challenges and developing solutions to break down barriers. She continues to represent P&G on the board of numerous external councils, leading workstreams to fundamentally change UK media regulations. We are so incredibly proud to have someone like Amy within P&G. Not only does she deliver amazing work on the business – she is a wonderful ambassador within the industry. The most exciting part? She’s only just getting started!
