Creative Director
Blair Cooper is the Creative Director at Seen Studios, leading the creative vision, spatial strategy and experiential direction for global brands across retail, sport, fashion and culture. Known for work that is “impression-making, carefully curated and materially expressive,” she guides multidisciplinary teams to create environments that are purposeful, culturally resonant and emotionally intelligent. Her objective is to redefine retail as a cultural platform - designing spaces that inspire connection, build community and turn brand stories into lived experiences.Blair’s strategic approach, has been described as “a blend of creative clarity, cultural instinct and operational intelligence,” enabling her to translate complex, multi-market briefs into focused, high-impact creative solutions. She distils briefs into real world functional truths, builds trust across internal brand teams and disciplines, translates opposing views within a client stakeholder arrangement into a set of parameters to help define the brief and leads a team of multidisciplinary designers to innovative design outputs. This approach enables her to exceed both creative and commercial objectives of brands, whilst resonating seamlessly with their customer. Across her 15+ year career, Blair has delivered over 200 stores globally, 30+ Nike seasonal campaigns, has had press features in over 50 publications, guest lectures, industry panels, FRAME Awards jury positions and has been recognised with 19 industry awards, including Australian Emerging Designer of the Year in 2021. Since joining Seen in 2025, she has contributed approximately £1m in new business - shaping a new era where retail blends culture, creativity and emotional resonance.
