Acting Head of Digital and Performance Marketing

As the Acting Head of Digital and Performance Marketing at FT Live, the Financial Times (FT) events division, I have set myself apart by founding FT Live’s first digital and performance team. FT Live produces events that engage global audiences on key industry topics, amplifying FT’s role as a thought leader. When I joined in 2020, the digital team did not exist, and I managed all paid media efforts from planning to activation. Today, I lead a team of five, who contribute to 30% of FT Live delegate revenue.

Passionate about advancing digital marketing through innovation and data-driven insights, I have driven transformative results: achieving 163% of our revenue target, a 26% increase in conversions, and a 20% reduction in cost per acquisition. I introduced live-streaming initiatives, reached 8.5 million global views, and implemented AI tools that streamlined workflows, enabling my team to focus on high-impact projects. Additionally, I led the in-housing of FT Live’s Paid Media marketing, achieving a 226% increase in conversions and earning PMW’s 2023 Best In-House Agency of the Year award. Beyond my role, I am dedicated to mentorship, knowledge sharing, and community impact. I share expertise across FT brands and support initiatives like FT’s Financial Literacy Campaign. I have also been invited to speak at King’s College London. I recently completed Marketing Week’s Mini MBA and participated in the Mission Include mentorship programme reflecting commitment to growth and empowering future leaders.
