From Office Manager to Director of Social Media in just four years, Emily embodies the FINN ethos of ‘Amaze Every Day’. Her tenacity and pensive approach quickly earn respect and admiration from clients and colleagues, demonstrating a natural flair for digital activation backed up with thoughtful data to make sure her campaigns always land bang on.

Within 18 months of kickstarting her career after university, Emily created a successful, profit-churning social media department from scratch; the processes followed, the people hired, and the clients acquired are all thanks to her. Now, she not only brings a new social service but is amplifying the offering of FINN Partners holistically. Working comfortably alongside members of much more senior positions than herself, she helps better integrate our London practices (spanning PR, marketing, creative and research), advances FINN’s global social media offering, and supports her peers to meet their personal development goals. This year, she has entered client projects into awards for the first time, which are currently finalists in the UK Social Media Awards and Global Content Awards, bringing her team on par with the very best regionally and globally. She also individually won a spot in the BIMA100 2023 list in the ‘Rising Star’ category, being recognised as a future leader in digital and tech. She is an inspiration to the industry in our eyes.
