Over this time, she has cultivated extensive expertise in all marketing disciplines, digital communications, and business development.

Based in the UK, Emma oversees strategy, innovation, and team growth at PubMatic, with a dual focus on sustainability and DE&I. As a mother working in the male-dominated ad tech industry, she has spoken up on challenges such as juggling careers and family life and working through menopause, and has established support groups to help her female peers thrive. On the sustainability front, Emma has spearheaded the development of innovative, carbon-reducing products, pushed for audits on supply chain emissions, and aligned PubMatic’s long-term strategy with a commitment to net zero, both within the company and in the wider industry.
