Ester Marchetti built her career on a strong international academic foundation, studying Business Administration at Università Bocconi before earning a master’s in International Business at LUCA School of Arts in Brussels. This mix of analytical training and global exposure shaped her strategic mindset and her ability to approach market research with both structure and creativity. Her time studying in Canada strengthened her communication, teamwork and leadership skills and prepared her to guide high performing teams.Her professional journey began at Nielsen BASES, where she worked on innovation and renovation projects for major FMCG brands. This experience introduced her to strategic decision making and sparked a lasting passion for consumer insights. She learned to turn complex data into clear and actionable recommendations while focusing on the human motivations behind consumer behaviour. This principle continues to guide her work.

Ester finds inspiration in visionary leaders and women in technology who have challenged norms and created meaningful change in traditionally male dominated environments. Their influence reinforced her commitment to innovation, accountability and purposeful leadership. Her defining career milestone came with the co founding of Bolt Insight, where she brought together data, analytics and technology to connect brands with hyper relevant audiences. Launching and growing the company strengthened her resilience and adaptability in a rapidly changing industry.
