Fiona Beauchamp

Bray Leino

Activation Director

Fiona has been the cornerstone of Bray Leino’s industry-leading ED&I programme, Open House. As the board-sponsor, she relentlessly pushes through change at a senior level, advocating for people across the agency who don’t have her sphere of influence.

Every business faces a unique set of challenges. Fi has led the Open House team to identify and tackle the unique challenges that Bray Leino faces as an agency outside the London bubble and based in a rural setting. A move which has been crucial to the success and impact of Bray Leino’s ED&I programme. Recognising the demographic of our North Devon location – and the less ethnically diverse talent pool from which we can recruit – necessitated the team to pivot away from the more conventional ED&I challenges many Agencies target. Social mobility is a significant challenge and educational attainment is statistically lower in North Devon than the national average so Fi focused the team’s efforts on schemes such as open days for students in state school education, and creating more entry routes (apprenticeships, T-Level placements, internships, work experience) – with the ultimate goal of improving the opportunities within our local community and driving a more diverse social background within the Agency and industry in years to come.
