Hannah’s rapid ascent in the media industry exemplifies her exceptional talent and leadership potential. Starting as an apprentice in 2019, she joined Zenith International in 2021 and was promoted to Global Account Manager within a year, becoming the youngest manager in her team at just 21. She has led over 75 multi-million-pound campaigns across global clients like TikTok, Puig, and Charlotte Tilbury, achieving measurable success such as a Bronze WARC Award for the TikTok x Euros 2020 partnership.

Recognising opportunities for innovation, Hannah revamped team structures for TikTok, improving collaboration and achieving the highest client service scores. She also launched a global TikTok newsletter to align teams across 22 markets, fostering connection and engagement. This initiative has since expanded to other key clients, enhancing team cohesion and client satisfaction. Hannah’s contributions extend beyond client work. As a member of the IAA UK Emerging Leaders Committee, she mentors peers and organises developmental programs, including the prestigious PAC training at Oxford University. Her insights have shaped impactful processes, strengthened client relationships, and driven organic agency growth, including supporting a £15 million new business pitch. At just 23, Hannah exemplifies the next generation of media leaders. Her ability to inspire, innovate, and deliver results sets her apart as a rising star in the industry.
