In 2021, Hannah joined McCann as a social writer, unfamiliar with the creative realm. In less than three years, her impact has made her a crucial part of our award-winning creative team.

Professionally Hannah has had a year full of achievement, starting by winning the UK Young Lions Digital Competition and subsequently making the top 9 shortlist in the Global Competition. Since then, the agency has won at the Gerety Awards, Creative Circle Awards and the Campaign Big Awards for its work with Aldi. Despite being registered as severely sight impaired in 2022, Hannahs’s journey includes triumph over challenges, and she has used her disability to enhance her career rather than hinder it. She is a longtime supporter and advocate for DE&I and actively mentors and provides guidance to students to help them carve their place in the industry. Recently Hannah has jointly restarted a female fronted and focused networking event with a purpose to advance equality in the industry for women and marginalised communities. This brief yet impactful timeline underscores not only Hannah’s rapid ascent within the organisation but also my dedication to overcoming obstacles, empowering others and fostering award-winning success.
