During my time in PwC’s Marketing and Media advisory team (now part of MediaSense), I embraced a challenging project that was facing significant risks. I pioneered the integration of Generative AI into our strategy for a global FMCG client, transforming the digital performance program. By implementing innovative solutions, including a large language model for reporting, I streamlined operations and established a new way of working with technology for our team. This initiative not only saved over 300 hours of reporting time but also enhanced cost efficiencies, demonstrating the impactful potential of technology in our processes.

I’m passionate about empowering others, which led me to develop training programmes for new associates and secondees. This effort expanded our capabilities and fostered a culture of continuous learning, helping us improve our profit margin from -30% in 2023 to 40% in 2024. Through collaboration with clients and agency partners, we achieved approximately €150 million in savings over three years. My scalable model for Digital Process and Performance Programmes has now been adopted by various clients resulting in an additional £1.5m revenue for the business, demonstrating my ability to adapt and drive results. I believe my focus on collaboration, innovation, nurturing the talent of the future and driving practical solutions makes me a strong candidate for this award.
