Always striving to shine a light on colleagues, Kanisha made Uncovered’s work and people more discoverable through speaking events, jury roles, AdWeek, D&AD and SXSW presence. The impact was immediate: +94% follower growth, 600+ conversations with senior stakeholders, direct wins including Nationwide, and a measurable new business ROI of 15X. She helped position Uncovered as a confident, credible player in a crowded market and is fierce in her commitment to elevate everyone from every corner of the business to have a voice.
