Her innovative thinking has transformed Seen Studios' positioning and capabilities, leading to the agency's most ambitious year yet, delivering commercial performance with major cultural impact . Post pandemic saw the agency operating at a loss, Katie initiated an ambitious 3-year plan – with the 2024-25 period marking its culmination, achieving turnover of over 12 million, profit increasing over 120% yoy, and expanding international footprint. She’s led expansion across EMEA, US, and APAC, and evolved relationships with Nike, supporting North American flagship campaigns across East and West Coast. Her commitment to inclusivity extends across the agency: 75% of leadership are women. 37.5% identify as LGBTQ+. Across the wider team, 41% are from ethnicities other than White British and 62.5% are parents. Katie has introduced several significant wellbeing policies and support for working parents, and founded industry collective ‘Creative Marketing Mums’, connecting women balancing creative careers and parenthood. She introduced the agency's paid work experience for underrepresented talent, mentors for Good Growth Hub and Speakers for Schools, and supported the initiative which saw Seen Studios earn B-Corp certification. Her prioritisation of culture is showcased through the latest team survey: 100% agree it fosters a supportive environment. Since Katie became MD, the agency has won 20 awards, including Creative Agency of the Year 2024 (UK Agency Awards). She actively contributes to important cultural conversations through prominent industry publications.
