Lorna joined Acast just four and half years ago to an entry level position of Sales Planner with no previous media experience. In that short time she has risen meteorically through the organisation being deservedly promoted four times: (Sales Planner, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Account Director, Group Business Director). Lorna now manages one of the biggest and most productive and successful sales teams we have worldwide across 15 markets.

A selection of Lorna's many achievements: -Top global seller for 2021 bringing in the most revenue (out of a team of 100+ sellers) and responsible for 75% YoY revenue growth across the patch. -Represented Acast at key industry events such as the IAB Podcast Upfronts and The Podcast Show. -Represented Acast at an Access Aspirations event to speak to students about how to grow both their confidence and career. -Grew Audible’s spend by 138% from 2020 to 2021. -Grew Hello Fresh’s spend by 141% from 2020 to 2021. -Bloom Mentoring programme member and advocate. -Part of the Unstereotype Alliance team within Acast - ​​A thought and action platform to eradicate harmful stereotypes in media and advertising content. -A key stakeholder in the major product development of "storefront" a new pioneering podcast advertising platform.
