Nicki is a serial entrepreneur of 30 years standing. In total she has founded or co founded 6 business all still successfully in operation and is launching another (a coaching business) in February 2024. Nicki is Group CEO of 3 London based marketing and advertising agency's - multi award winning, integrated marketing agency, River (set up in 1994), Maven Comms (2019) and Reflect (2021). The latter is a community interest company with the ambition to revolutionise marketing and advertising campaigns by populating them with the diverse and inclusive influencers that Reflect represents. All three agencies are run by female managing directors and 75% of colleagues across the group re female. Nicki is a big supporter and promoter of women in business. To this end she recently invested in womens levelling up network WealthiHer as a Forever Founder. She is also Chair and shareholder in another, recently launched, pure play advertising agency, Fearless Union.

Nicki is also the founder of HMO rental business, Lightning Properties (2017), and co founder of microbiome beauty company Beauty & Vitality (2022), alongside Lysa Hardy MD at Hotel Chocolat (an ex client, now close friend), Co Patron of the Katie Piper Foundation alongside Simon Cowell and Simon McCabe and Chair of modern slavery charity, The Sophie Hayes Foundation. Finally she is also a board director of global media association FIPP. Nicki is a proud mum of two children, now young adults and dog mum to three crazy pooches.
