Rebecca Crook

MSQ DX

CEO UK

Rebecca is proving what many doubt: that employee-centric leadership and commercial excellence aren't just compatible—they're inseparable. Understated and quietly confident with a focus on commercials, client relationships, and employee wellbeing, Rebecca leads with substance over style—approachable, genuine, and focused on outcomes rather than optics.

As CEO since January 2025, Rebecca has integrated two UK agencies (MMT/26 DX) and now serves on the global MSQ DX leadership team launching the combined entity in November — £50+ million agency with 500+ experts across multiple regions. In just eleven months, she's improved UK EBITDA while navigating this complex merger, enhanced operations, won five major clients, and achieved 94% workforce approval for her communication. Agency integrations challenge even experienced leaders, but Rebecca believes—and proves—that staff satisfaction drives financial performance during organisational change. She's implemented "Ask Me Anything" sessions with 85%+ participation across all departments, monthly "Meet Share Question" demo days, and strategic well-being initiatives (Wellness Wednesday & Freedom Friday). Rebecca's 25-year digital expertise spans two successful agency sales totalling £94 million, including Somo's £49m acquisition by CI&T and BIO Agency's £45m sale to Tech Mahindra. Beyond MSQ DX, Rebecca chairs The Diana Award (empowering young people), co-chairs BIMA's CEO & Leadership Council (convening 500+ industry leaders annually) and is a mentor for Women in Technology. She previously co-founded the initiative that saved Saltdean Lido, raising over £5 million with the same quiet determination she brings to transforming businesses. She exemplifies what modern leadership should be: commercially astute, deeply human, and transformational.
