Rebecca (Bekki) Sykes has become a leading global voice in Gen AI marketing - and pivotal to our business. She spearheads Gen AI here at The Brandtech Group, which is the world's #1 Gen AI marketing company and owns Pencil, the biggest end-to-end Gen AI platform and creator of 1 million+ ads for 5,000+ brands.

This year, Bekki has worked with many of the world’s biggest brands, transitioning hugely complex organizations from pilots to scaling Gen AI, bringing them on board with calm authority and deep understanding of what enterprises need, including built-in safeguards and controls, plus bespoke frameworks to help them uniquely manage Gen AI. She has created and led the launch of major projects this year, including our Gen AI Creator Residency program; co-creating Bias Breaker as part of her Responsible AI Package; and defining and selling new tool ‘Brandtech Brain’. She is also leading our soon-to-launch Gen AI Sustainability Package. Externally, she is a leading Gen AI speaker, with numerous events including ISBA, ANA, WFA, M50, Adweek - and a highlight being MIT Tech Review’s Emtech where, when introduced to the stage, the audience were warned “they were about to have their minds blown!”. She has inspired people inside and outside Brandtech to embrace Gen AI with enthusiasm and provided a framework to do so safely and responsibly. She has successfully led Pencil’s integration across our Group companies, including training for 7,000 employees. And Bekki achieves all this with immense kindness and generosity in all she does.
