This year, Rozzi helped Wavemaker retain key clients at pitch such as Danone, whilst developing disruptive solutions for FMCG and UK Government clients.

Rozzi skillfully distills complexity into clear and compelling arguments for innovation; and takes seriously her mission to educate and empower people about emerging tech. She regularly speaks at events, including Women in Tech and Voice Summit Global. She spearheaded the creation of “State of Voice” – a research report aiming to understand changing consumer habits around conversational technologies. She continues these efforts inside Wavemaker – delivering growth trends, whitepapers, Innovation sessions and workshops. She’s also deeply engaged in the wider WPP AI community, working to democratise understanding of Conversational and Generative AI. Rozzi is proactive and entrepreneurial. In 2018, she co-founded the world’s first voice-activated martech platform and helped unlock £multi-millions worth of investment from M&C Saatchi to build and scale it. Passionate about unlocking tech’s potential for good, during COVID-19, Rozzi developed a chatbot to support women suffering from domestic abuse. She also launched “The National Hope Service” - an automated WhatsApp service to support NHS front line with voice-notes of support submitted by the public via the same channel.
