Steph Parry is a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion, championing these values both within and beyond the workplace throughout her career.

Steph’s DEI journey began at Mindshare (US) where she led the Women’s ERG, successfully advocating for gender-neutral bathrooms and broader inclusivity policies. She went on to work as Managing Director of a gender equality coaching company, partnering with FTSE500 clients to empower women in leadership, significantly contributing to gender equity at board level with multiple organisations seeing gender-equal leadership as a result. Recognising that allyship is crucial for progress, she also implemented initiatives to involve all genders in the equality efforts, equipping teams with the tools to foster inclusive environments. At Jellyfish, Steph is driving transformative change by breaking down silos between ERGs, creating a collaborative approach that has gained strong support from senior leadership. Her championing of the gender pay gap dashboard drove usage among Country Heads, promoting transparency and accountability across markets, making progress measurable and actionable. Senior leadership, colleagues and clients alike praise Steph’s commitment to progress - particularly her focus on transparency and practical solutions. Her dedication to collaboration and change is rooted in her belief that diversity and inclusion should become standard practice across organisations, working toward a future where conversations around inclusion are no longer a necessity.
