Vero joined UM two years ago into a marcomms role and in a short space of time has revamped the agency's approach to marketing, in particular its employer brand. Her proactivity, passion and willingness to learn has set her apart as a true Rising Star and a champion of collaboration, community and inclusive culture.

Her impact has been felt way beyond her day job. Vero is a true champion of media as a force for good. She has spearheaded and developed countless initiatives for the agency - from it's Futureproof Academy schools outreach programme to its annual global Impact Day, and from charity partnerships with organisations such as UN Women to UM's Better World Media strategy. Across the agency she is seen as a mentor - often leading company meetings and pushing herself out of her comfort zone. She has built a thriving comms community across EMEA, always ready to support her international colleagues, and the non-hierarchical approach she takes to all interactions is something we could all learn from. In such a short time, and at such a young age, Vero has already established herself as a Changemaker of our industry. A place on Campaign's list would be a huge incentive for her to continue to use her role in this positive way, championing the world of media as an accessible place for all people.
