UK Lead, The Collective

Viki is the UK Lead for The Collective – Wasserman’s women-focused, global impact and advisory business. Focused on advancing the unique investment opportunity in women’s sport and entertainment, The Collective places a large emphasis on research and insights, both proprietary and with client partners, to advance the conversation across all industry stakeholders.

The Collective features a first-of-its-kind think tank, encompassing more than 20 colleges and universities globally, to conduct research and share insights into issues surrounding gender parity and diversity. The group publishes white papers and thought leadership content across various topics to raise awareness of issues among fans, consumers and participants. The practice also works with brands, rightsholders and talent partners to create strategies, ideas and activation solutions specific to women’s sport and female fandom. Some recent projects include repositioning the UK’s Netball Super League for its revised 2025 league launch, helping to launch the NBA’s Golden State Warriors’ inaugural women’s basketball team and creating a talent strategy for Nike alongside England football superstar, Lauren James. Away from the computer screen, Viki recently returned from a record-breaking 3,000-mile row across the Atlantic Ocean to shine a spotlight on the dropout rate for teenage girls in sport. Intent on using the endeavor as a platform to impact and inspire, Viki has been giving inspirational talks in schools and businesses - year to date, Viki has spoken to over 2,000 girls across the UK aged 4-18 and raised over £50,000 for women’s sport and health related causes.
