Zoe Bowen-Jones

Zoe is a Senior Insights Director in Wavemaker's global team. Her role is to deliver insights which inform media decisions and ultimately deliver growth for clients. The strength of her work has been demonstrated by leading insights for clients wins including Doordash, L'Oréal, and Beiersdorf.

She believes in the power of media as a force for good and takes a pragmatic approach to inclusive planning. She realises Wavemaker's mission to "positively provoke growth" by pushing for commercially successful work which positively impacts the world. She leads with empathy and shows up as a senior female role model by chairing company meetings, organising thought-provoking panel discussions, and embracing mentoring initiatives. Alongside her role at Wavemaker, Zoe is a Founding Committee member of WPP Unite, WPP's LGBTQ+ community. WPP Unite’s success was recognised by winning the Outstanding Employee Network category at the 2022 British Diversity Awards. In her role with WPP Unite, Zoe has co-led Beyond the Rainbow (BTR), a global research study into LGBTQ+ marketing and its future. From pitching the idea to WPP’s executive team in October 2021, Zoe has developed the project at every juncture ahead of its upcoming launch on 30th November. With its client rollout plan and objective of 6 case studies in 2023, BTR has an opportunity to progress LGBTQ+ representation across the industry. Through her work for both Wavemaker and WPP Unite, Zoe has demonstrated an ability to challenge the status quo and find practical ways to use media to change it for the better.
