Zoe joined Craft Media London as an intern in 2019 and has progressed to Comms Planning Director within six years, consistently recognised for her leadership, problem solving skills, and positive influence. She oversees multi-market planning on some of Craft’s most ambitious accounts, holds the IPA Advanced Certificate in Effectiveness, and leads a growing planning team whilst shaping the agency’s approach to training and integrated comms thinking.Her work is defined by creative excellence and strategic impact. She has led complex global campaigns, coordinating multiple agencies, clients, and regional teams, while establishing long-term partnerships and trusted relationships across every project. She has also delivered high-profile rebrands and launches that have been praised for their effectiveness, demonstrating her ability to translate strategy into meaningful results. Alongside client work, Zoe is committed to nurturing talent and raising standards across the agency. She redesigned the internship process, mentors junior planners, and introduced agency-wide training programmes that have enhanced planning quality and deepened expertise across the team. She also created a training programme focused on video planning and developed frameworks to help the agency articulate comms ideas more clearly and strategically. She extends her influence to the wider industry, speaking at the 2025 IPA Strategy & Planning Summit to inspire planners and strategists to rethink their approach to planning in a rapidly evolving media landscape. Known for her collaborative, curiosity driven approach, she consistently brings teams, clients, and creative partners together to deliver high-quality work while fostering growth and innovation across Craft.
