Zoe stepped into media as one of the first people to be accepted onto OMD’s apprenticeship scheme in 2021. While she didn’t come with the traditional credentials or top grades, what she did have was even more important - curiosity in abundance and a willingness to step outside her comfort zone. Four years on, Zoe is an Associate AV Director with a track record of delivering impactful campaigns across a portfolio of leading UK brands, driving efficiencies across the business, and building connections across the industry.
