Janita Lakhanpal

With a career spanning over 12 years, Janita has risen through the ranks at Ketchum, starting as a New Business Manager and advancing to the role of Business Development Director. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, she brings a wealth of experience and a passion for business development that has consistently driven commercial growth and diversification of its client base.  In her current role, Janita spearhead's a strategic UK business development plan aimed at generating new revenue and expanding Ketchum's client portfolio. Her responsibilities encompass all internal and marketing activities, including forging partnerships, crafting award-winning submissions, managing media and events, and overseeing the UK website. Her leadership has been instrumental in Ketchum's success, reflected in numerous agency and DEI awards, underscoring the team's excellence and commitment.  Since 2023, Janita has also served as the Chair of Ketchum UK's Inclusion Council, having been an active member since its inception in 2018. In this role, she champions outcome-oriented goals and inclusion, driving positive cultural and behavioural change within the organisation.
