Jemima Monies

Jemima joined McCann London in 2023 from adam&eveDDB where she worked for the best part of a decade, focused on growing the business and building the agency's global reputation. During her tenure, the agency won Campaign Agency of the Decade with five Agency of the Year awards, and AdAge International Agency of the Year three times. She began her career as a business journalist before crossing over to adland. She joined adam&eveDDB in 2013 as the agency's first New Business Director becoming Deputy MD in 2018 and Chief Marketing & Operations Officer in 2022, having played a key role in the agency's growth. Jemima sits on the WACL Exec and the UKAEG Steering Committee, and is a NABs Fast Forward Mentor. Outside the office, Jemima can be found at her husband's coffee shop in Putney or in Cornwall wrangling two small children.
