Jemima Monies

Jemima joined AMV Group this year to lead its Growth and Marketing function across AMV BBDO, native@AMV and AMV Works. She was formally COO at McCann London, helping embed a culture of growth and setting new standards across the business. In 2024 it was named Cannes Lions 2024 Top UK Agency. She previously spent a decade at adam&eveDDB, growing the business and building its global reputation - joining as its first New Business Director, becoming Deputy MD and then Chief Marketing & Operations Officer. During her tenure, the agency doubled in size, won Campaign Agency of the Decade with five Agency of the Year awards, Cannes Lions European Agency of the Decade and AdAge International Agency of the Year three times. Jemima began her career as a marketing journalist before joining adland. She sits on the WACL Exec and the Advertising Association's UKAEG Board. She is a former Chair of the IPA New Business & Marketing Group.
