Joanne is a senior executive who has worked with some of the world's most recognised and respected brands including Microsoft, The Walt Disney Company, Universal/Dreamworks, Gap and Merlin Entertainments. More recently she established a successful management consultancy, recharge Consulting, that specialises in unpacking business issues and driving impressive growth through digital transformation, marketing and organisational change. Frustrated with the feeling of isolation as a woman in a senior role and keen to keep the imposter syndrome at bay, learn more and meet like-minded execs; Joanne established The Girls Club during lockdown. A vibrant and welcoming network for senior professional women - to connect, inspire, learn, lift and laugh whether about work or home life. From humble beginnings, The Girls Club network continues to grow and now has over 1,500 C-Suite executives, Directors and Entrepreneurs who meet regularly online (and quarterly in person) for expert masterclasses and informed (and often feisty) conversations.
