Kat is Head of Learning and Development at NABS, the industry charity. Kat shapes and leads NABS' flagship training programmes, including The Essential Manager, NABS Labs and many more while being an active champion for workplace wellbeing. She also leads timeTo, the campaign and training programme to eradicate sexual harassment from the advertising and media industry. Kat is also Learning & Development Co-Director at Outvertising, the LGBTQIA+ industry network. WACL Talent Award winner 2022. Campaign Inspiring Women Awards Judge 2026. WACL Talent Award committee lead and judge 2015-2026. Kat is an outspoken advocate who is passionate about driving meaningful change and empowering others.
