Lynsey Woods

Lynsey Woods is Senior Global Brand Director for Carlsberg, where she leads the brand globally and has overseen double-digit, category-beating growth. Originally from Northern Ireland, Lynsey has spent 20 years building and transforming brands across FMCG. She has lived and worked in the UK, USA, Australia, Hong Kong and Denmark. During 12 years at Carlsberg, she has led the brand's award-winning UK transformation and built global premium brands across Asia. She took on the global leadership of the Carlsberg brand 5 years ago and has delivered 20 quarters of revenue growth. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Home of Carlsberg. Lynsey believes the best work comes from bringing different perspectives to the table and is passionate about mentoring and championing women and creating opportunities for others to grow and be heard. Outside work she loves a challenge and has run three marathons, climbed Kilimanjaro and once cycled home from London to Northern Ireland raising thousands of pounds for charities close to her heart.
