I am a highly experienced senior leader within the media and advertising sector that has a track record of executing change management and identifying and delivering growth. I thrive within digital-first agencies and commercial media owner environments. I have worked in PE-invested, publicly listed and privately owned organisations in both global and UK domestic roles as either the CEO or COO or Sales leader, each time delivering a structured and successful approach to building or reforming the organisation to deliver above target organic and acquisitive growth. I believe that success comes from true focus coupled with building, enabling and empowering groups of diverse individuals to form high performing teams that result in long term client and partner relationships. I have a proven history of being able to create an over-riding culture that unites teams to wins together, whilst having an unfair share of top talent. Diversity and the ability to create diverse teams is incredibly important to me – I am a driver for change and push to make a business better for the people it serves and the stakeholders it delivers for. I consider myself a true global citizen with a huge passion for travel and the exploration of new cultures and geographies; both in a professional and personal capacity. My passions are cycling, frustrated golfer, F1 and being an all-year round bbq-er. When not found struggling up the Surrey hills (or on the Peloton these days) I spend as much time as possible with my wife, two children, dogs and cat.
