Nicoletta Vita

Nicky (Nicoletta) Vita Head of Strategy, JOAN Creative, London Nicky is Head of Strategy at JOAN London, where she leads strategic thinking across clients including eBay, Ancestry and Hollywood Bowl. With more than 20 years in agency strategy, she began her career at TBWA Johannesburg before moving to London, where she has worked at McCann and BBH, becoming Strategy Director and Partner. She went on to spend eight years at VCCP, 5 of those as Head of Planning , followed by Head of Strategy at Atomic London, before joining JOAN in 2026. Throughout her career, Nicky has championed brave, culturally sharp work and has made a point of building and mentoring strategy teams where people with different voices and backgrounds can thrive. She is delighted to join the Campaign Inspiring Women judging panel and to help recognise the women shaping the future of the industry.
