Olivia Blairman is UK Managing Director of Coolr, an award-winning social media, influencer and content agency. Having joined Coolr in its early years, Olivia has played a key role in its growth from a team of around 10 to more than 150 people in the UK, working with some of the world's biggest brands. As UK MD, Olivia leads the agency's UK business, with responsibility for its people, clients, commercial performance and continued growth. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating opportunities for the next generation of talent and proving the commercial and creative power of social. Alongside her role at Coolr, Olivia is a mum to her young son, and is particularly passionate about supporting women to build ambitious careers alongside life outside of work.
