Before joining Accenture, Rebecca was CEO of R/GA EMEA, where she led the business through significant evolution—partnering with clients like Google, Nike, Allianz, and Toyota to drive innovation across brand, product, and customer experience. She also played a key role in expanding R/GA's global footprint, launching the agency's MENA operations and leading Kuwait's first digital bank to market. She lead to multiple agency of the year wins and being awarded at all major creative shows. Previously, Rebecca held leadership roles across R/GA UK and Australia, consistently growing teams, launching new capabilities, and delivering award-winning work. Recognised as Campaign's Digital Innovation Leader of the Year in 2022, her career is defined by her ability to blend creativity, technology, and strategy to unlock growth.
