Tobi is the Managing Partner, Head of Growth at OMD UK and is responsible for the agency's overall growth, marketing and PR strategy. Tobi was recently shortlisted for Campaign's UK New Business Development Person of the year in recognition of achieving a streak of business wins, embedding wellbeing and inclusivity policies, alongside a growth mindset, within the new business team.
