Tobi was most recently the Managing Partner, Head of Growth at OMD UK and was responsible for the agency's growth, marketing and reputation strategy. Tobi was listed as one of Campaign's Top New Business Chiefs in recognition of achieving a streak of business wins, embedding wellbeing and inclusivity policies, alongside a growth mindset, within the new business team.
