Alba Abelló’s journey into advertising has been shaped by curiosity, resilience, and a love for creativity. Originally from Barcelona, she took a leap of faith during two of the most uncertain moments in recent history—moving abroad amid the pandemic and Brexit. That bold step laid the foundation for a career defined by openness to change, collaboration, and a drive to keep learning.From her earliest roles, Alba has hugely contributed to campaigns that connect communities and spark new ways of thinking—from Time In at Time Out, a COVID-awareness initiative encouraging responsible behaviour, to the Rosalía x TikTok LIVE Experience for the exclusive MOTOMAMI album release, and, more recently, innovative gaming activations at Twitch such as Rogue Shadow Ops x Call of Duty Black Ops 7 and Night Mode FC for Nike Football. Her work has been recognised with over eleven creative awards, including several Lions Awards, reflecting both her ideas and the collaborative spirit that brought them to life. In a sector still largely male-dominated—particularly in gaming—Alba is proud to represent a new generation of emerging talent. She continues to grow through pursuing her Executive Diploma in Strategy & Innovation at Oxford Saïd Business School while working full-time as a creative at Twitch, and through mentorship—supporting new creatives within the Twitch Brand Partnership Studio and sharing her experiences with students at creative and strategy educational institutions. For Alba, rising to the top means not just creating work that inspires, but also opening doors for others to rise alongside her.
