Hannah Mirza never planned to become a founder, she became one because she saw a gap no one else was filling. After two decades leading global media innovation at MediaCom, Mindshare and Isobar, she realised brands were striving to act responsibly but lacked the tools to turn intention into impact. So, she built them.

In 2022, Hannah founded Responsible Marketing Advisory, a consultancy helping global brands like Diageo, Unilever and NBCUniversal deliver “Good Growth”: marketing that balances profit with purpose. Bootstrapped from her own savings, she took every risk personally; funding operations, reinvesting profit, and valuing the company to give employees equity in its success. Three years later, Responsible Marketing Advisory has achieved 49% year-on-year growth, reaching £4 million revenue with strong profitability and grown from one person to a team of 30. Beyond commercial success, Hannah’s leadership has helped shape industry standards leading the co-creation of the Ad Net Zero Global Media Sustainability Framework and ISBA’s Ad Accessibility Network, transforming how responsible marketing is defined and delivered. Her entrepreneurial journey is equal parts courage and conviction. She leads with transparency, empathy and an unwavering belief that business can be a force for good.
