We are delighted to nominate Imogen for Campaign’s Rising to the Top Award.Imogen has made an extraordinary impact during her time at P&G, and in the past year, has not only driven business transformation across two flagship brands, but crucially has shaped the future of P&G’s marketing talent. Recognising an opportunity to better equip first-year marketers for success, Imogen designed and launched P&G’s Marketing New Starter Capability Programme - a pioneering initiative focused on practical, human-centred learning that complements corporate training. Within its first year, the programme delivered exceptional outcomes across the marketing organisation. Participants reported a 25% improvement in wellbeing, while their ability to manage workload effectively rose by 32%. The programme is now being scaled across P&G UK, shaping how over marketers are onboarded and coached, and becoming a model for building creative confidence and resilience at scale. In parallel, Imogen led a bold reset of Tampax’s growth vision - reframing communications towards “positive-first” empowerment, tackling stigma and driving trial through education grounded in consumer insight. As a result of her leadership, Tampax achieved its highest ever brand consideration score, alongside share growth over the past six months, driving relevance in an oftentimes challenging category. Earlier this year, she moved to P&G’s Oral Care business, where she’s spearheading efforts to increase electric toothbrush penetration beyond the current 27%, through sharper consumer education.
