Making waves within experiential marketing, Luisa specialises in ideating and executing culturally relevant brand experiences that connect global brands with local communities, with her work delivering measurable brand impact across diverse European markets. She independently led partnership initiatives for Timberland's 'Advice of an Icon', an integrated activation at LFW 2025 featuring Skepta. Led by Luisa, Timberland partnered with community station Balamii Radio, and from pitch to execution worked closely with design and projects teams, delivering a culturally disruptive experience prioritising community, culture, and creativity. She's led partnerships and collaborations on projects including Nike X Foot Locker Joga Bonito, Nike's EC25 Women's European Championship Kit reveal, Nike Future Runway in Milan and Converse x Zalando Tyler the Creator in Berlin. Connecting brands to subcultures through championing creatives, Luisa has contributed ideas which have seen hundreds of people enter spaces activated by brands that speak to their audience through culturally relevant creatives. At 25 with four years' experience, she’s expanding into international campaigns and higher-profile talent whilst maintaining commitment to emerging artists, balancing commercial success with cultural integrity and business growth with social responsibility. For the Seen Studios team, she organises volunteering with Furnishing Futures (supporting victims of domestic violence), and a shoot day with Queer Art Youth Collective – the UK's only national LGBT youth arts service. She also connects agency members with The Good Growth Hub's mentorship scheme supporting young Londoners breaking into the industry. Luisa contributed to Seen Studios' B-Corp certification, ideating, concepting, and writing the agency's Sustainability Magazine.
